Too Tired to Think

Super quick post! As usual I've been slacking with the pictures and blogging altogether, so here is a quick update of the past couple weeks. It is officially spring and the weather has been unreal - warm and sunny all the time!

Whitney with her noise maker during the parade on the first day of spring where they go around the neighborhood singing (in German, obviously) about winter leaving and spring arriving.

Then the kids all go back to the preschool and set a paper mache snowman on fire showing the end of winter.

There he goes

Whitney on her new, big girl bike on our way to school

Giving his ride a deep clean

Boys being boys playing in the dirt

Burgerhaus park, a favorite hangout

Soccer in the field down the street! They wore me out but it was so much fun...ah to be a kid again.

Yes, I made them do it!

One of the many things they teach me each day, it's ok to get a little bit dirty.

The boys after an intense game showing their sportsmanship :)

Day trip to Wurzburg- beautiful weather!! In front of The Residence

The garden behind the residence was amazing

Overnight trip to Stuttgart with Amy and Whitney - just a little break for a massage

Dinner at Brauhaus - the atmosphere was really cool, classic german beer and food. We had quite the dinner...Swabian pasta 3 ways and those weird white brats in the bowl, all the food Whitney got and didn't like haha

After tattooing each other's feet - mine is a rose if you were wondering

I leave tomorrow, Friday, for Madrid where I'll meet three friends (Tiller, Kate and Jaclyn) for the weekend and then head to Italy and France and back to Germany on the 18th. Tiller and Kate who I haven't seen in 7+ months are flying over from the states and we'll meet Jaclyn in Spain for one big reunion! I cannot wait and will have a few long posts upon my return from euro trop 2k11!
